This miniature full moon has a haunting benevolence about it. First created as a present from a daughter to her much loved mum, it has been incorporated into other works and has become a wearable sculpture.

The moon has been Sioban's 'guiding light' for all her career. It is a very evocative motif with undertones of strength, and durability. Behind the friendly shining face lie many anomalies and unknowns, ready to explore, if one has the inclination to look more deeply.
